Shipping & Refunds

 

All sales on buffaloship.com are final.

 

Given the perishable nature of our offerings, Buffalo Ships does not accept returns, offer exchanges, and/or grant refunds on any goods sold unless the issue for return, exchange, and/or refund is the result of an error in our manufacturing, packaging, or handling of the goods.

Buffalo Ship is not responsible for delayed shipments or spoiled food due to weather or carrier delays. Transit times are provided by the carrier and are estimated. We recommend reviewing UPS and FedEx carrier terms of service for additional information.

As a policy, we do not offer refunds for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of our shipping partners' employees or similar reasons that are outside of our control. That said, we know how important it is for your package to be delivered on time and we may be able to offer accommodations in exceptional circumstances.   

If a food item arrives damaged, thawed, or with a product defect, please contact us. All issues regarding melted or thawed product must be submitted within 3 hours. Photos of the product and packaging are required.

All other product issues must be brought to our attention within 3 days of delivery.  

My order arrived thawed: 

Shipments should be immediately placed in the freezer upon delivery. Should there be any noticeable signs of melting, please take pictures immediately of the product with packaging material included and submit them via our contact form or via email pivotship@gmail.com within 3 hours of delivery. Our product(s) are packaged and shipped to maintain temperature while in transit, and should not be left un-retrieved for longer than 2 hours. If you are unable to be home during delivery, we strongly advise you to make arrangements for someone to receive your shipment. 

General Shipping Information: 

 

All orders are shipped out weekly on Tuesday.  Place your order by 11pm EST Sunday to ensure Tuesday’s shipping day.

BuffaloShip.com is run by a team of shipping nerds.  The majority of products sold on this site are products of our partners.  The team at BuffaloShip.com has over 50 years of experience in the logistics space and we promise do everything we can to ensure all shipments are sent with the least amount of risk.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

 

Shipping rates for many items on this site are based on weight. This is why many of the items you see on BuffaloShip.com can only be purchased in one of our custom kits.
