Think of this site like a kitchen menu from across the U.S. and beyond. The menu is powered by Pivot Ship, and “kitchen printers” are our shipping locations—local fulfillment centers (like Lind-Hart in Hamburg, NY) that professionally pack and ship your order with care.

How It Works

1) Browse the Menu
Pick your favorites—wings, sauces, blue cheese, pizza logs, ice cream, and more—from makers you love.

2) Local Fulfillment = “Kitchen Printers”
When you order, Pivot Ship routes it to the right fulfillment location (our version of a kitchen printer). Teams like Lind-Hart receive the order, pack it with the right insulation and gel packs/dry ice as needed, and get it out the door.

3) Ship Nationwide
We use services like 2-Day Air and Overnight (plus ground where it makes sense) to balance freshness and cost. Some orders may ship from multiple locations if items come from different makers—so you might receive more than one box.

Shipping & Packaging Notes

• Weekly Ship Day: Due to the perishable nature of many items, most orders ship on Tuesdays (weather permitting).

• Freshness First: We use tested packaging (insulation, gel packs and/or dry ice when appropriate) and the fastest sensible service for your destination.

• Multi-Origin Orders: If your cart includes items from different makers, you may see separate shipments and tracking numbers.

• Small Packaging Fee: A modest packaging cost on each order goes directly to the fulfillment center to cover materials and labor.
