For four generations, Smith Provision Co., Inc. has produced premium-quality wieners, sausages, deli meats, bacon and award-winning hams at its facility in Erie, PA.
The business has grown over the last 90 years from a small, two-person retail outlet, to a full-service meat processing manufacturing facility which employs over 50 full time individuals. The Weber family continue to own and operate the business as the 3rd and 4th generation.
